I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were well-prepared with a comfy king-size bed, but the absence of bathrobes and slippers left me puzzled despite booking in advance. The service was top-notch, particularly thanks to the exceptional staff like JULIO RAMERIEZ. The location was convenient, offering a balance of proximity to key attractions without the noise. The dining options were tasty but a bit overpriced. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel rooms could have been cleaner as there were some missing toiletries and only a few towels. The location was great, especially for Disney lovers, with easy access to the theme parks. The dining experience was enjoyable with delicious breakfast options, but there were minor issues with condensation affecting the view from the rooms.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and with my health conditions, I felt completely safe. They were comfortable and had a great view of the Disney fireworks at night. The ongoing updates and renovations promise even better rooms in the future. The suite was spacious with two bedrooms, two baths, a large kitchen, living area, and a huge balcony.
Upon arrival at the hotel, my experience was unfortunately tainted by being double and triple billed without explanation at check-in, which left me frustrated. However, the room itself had its own bath, making mornings more convenient. The view from my room was amazing, and the staff at Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek were attentive and made my stay comfortable despite seeming put out when I requested additional bedding.

Our stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were well stocked with towels, water, and upon request, extra K-cups for our morning coffee. The room had 2 queen beds and 2 bunk beds, overlooking the parking garage as per my request. However, the parking fee was on the expensive side.
